APPROVAL OF NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT AT VENICE HIGH SCHOOL BETWEEN THE SCHOOL BOARD OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND THE CITY OF VENICE
Description
This easement will provide an easement for the force main and sanitary sewer lift station for operation and maintenance. This easement has been approved by the School Board attorney.
Recommendation
That the Non-Exclusive Easement at Venice High School between the School Board of Sarasota County, Florida, and the City of Venice be approved as presented.
